After declaration of a “Problematic Financial Institution” by Nepal Rastra Bank on Chaitra 11 2067, the bank has been operating under exceptional conditions where it can’t accept fresh deposit, renew existing deposit, flow out new loans and advances and need to take prior approval from Nepal Rastra Bank for hiring new staffs.
